S. Res. 85, A resolution calling on the Government of Iran to fulfill repeated promises of assistance in the case of Robert Levinson, the longest held United States civilian in our Nation's history. - Agreed to as amended, en bloc by voice vote.

S. Res. 224, A resolution recognizing the 5th anniversary of the death of Oswaldo Payá Sardiñas, and commemorating his legacy and commitment to democratic values and principles. - Agreed to as amended, en bloc by voice vote.

S. Res. 376, A resolution urging the Governments of Burma and Bangladesh to ensure the safe, dignified, voluntary, and sustainable return of the Rohingya refugees who have been displaced by the campaign of ethnic cleansing conducted by the Burmese military. - Agreed to as amended, en bloc by voice vote.

S. Res. 426, A resolution supporting the goals of International Women's Day. - Agreed to as amended, en bloc by voice vote.

S. Res. 429, A resolution commemorating the 59th anniversary of Tibet's 1959 uprising as "Tibetan Rights Day", and expressing support for the human rights and religious freedom of the Tibetan people and the Tibetan Buddhist faith community. - Agreed to en bloc by voice vote.

Extradition Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, signed at Pristina on March 29, 2016 (Treaty 115-2). - Agreed en bloc by voice vote.

Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia on the Delimitation of a Maritime Boundary, signed at Koror on August 1, 2014 (Treaty 114-13). - Agreed en bloc by voice vote.

Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Republic of Kiribati on the Delimitation of Maritime Boundaries, signed at Ajuro on September 6, 2013 (Treaty 114-13). - Agreed en bloc by voice vote. 

Treaty between the United States of America and the Republic of Serbia on Extradition, signed at Belgrade on August 15, 2016 (Treaty 115-1). - Agreed en bloc by voice vote.

United Nations Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade, done at New York on December 12, 2001, and signed by the United States on December 30, 2003 (Treaty 114-7). - Agreed en bloc by voice vote.
