“Over the last two centuries, the people of the United States and Mexico have developed deep cultural, economic, and diplomatic relations that have been instrumental in creating prosperity in both countries and throughout the Americas. As ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, I will continue to promote measures that reaffirm mutually beneficial interests between our two nations, including on security, economic prosperity, and democratic values.”
