Chair Cardin Statement on Moscow Terrorist Attack

WASHINGTON — Today, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, released a statement following a deadly terrorist attack on a crowded concert hall near Moscow on Friday that left at least 133 people dead.
